Shipping Charges

• The Company offers free shipping within Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka for orders with a total value above ₹500/-.
• For orders with a value below ₹500/-, a flat shipping charge of ₹50/- will be applicable.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹40/- will be levied, over and above the applicable shipping charges.
• All shipping and COD charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and select public holidays.
• Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation via email, along with relevant tracking details where available.

Delivery Timeline

• The estimated delivery time within Tamil Nadu is 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including courier partner delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the Company shall not be responsible for any resulting delay or additional charges.

Company Discretion

The Company reserves the right to modify shipping charges, delivery timelines, or courier partners at its discretion, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
